I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were superfriendly and top-class. The bed was very comfy and there were iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. There was a wide range of brilliant meals. The hotel was in a wonderful location really close to Banff centre, lots of restaurants and IGA supermarket, restaurants, hill. I was surprised at nearby Good Earth Coffeehouse, they had some goodies, drinks.

Perfectly pleasant stay for one night. Handy, prime location in the safe area. For tea or coffee visit Good Earth Coffeehouse nearby.

We truly enjoyed this place - reasonably priced and extremely convenient hotel.
The hotel was spotless based in a functional style building with particularly helpful and top-class staff. The location was nice for destinations we were going to. Also, Banff Avenue was 2 miles away. An attached restaurant with friendly staff was an advantage.

Quaint hotel with incredibly nice staff who was on the night shift, liked our staying. The location for Banff was favourable, not far from buses as well as the resturant.

Super staff great room.
Hottub and sauna are a bit outdated and not as beautiful as in the picture. Some rust and mold.
